Final Chapter: The Credits
The path that led me from sets and scripts to campaigns and consulting.
Scene One: The first rooms I learned in
Hi! My name is Sahar Kashi. I am Boston-raised, Los Angeles-based, and a producer and creative consultant helping turn half-formed ideas into finished stories on a screen. I’m usually brought in at the moment when something is almost working. There is a spark, but it needs shape, language, and a path forward.
Scene Two: The decade that built my instincts
Over the past decade, I’ve produced and developed film, television, and branded content with teams at Fox, the Entertainment Industry Foundation, Netflix Original Series, Anonymous Content, Paper Entertainment, and Three Things Productions (Warner Bros. studios overall deal). I have also worked on sets like NBC’s The Voice. I’ve been in the messy brainstorm, the high-stakes pitch, the last-minute rewrite, and the shoot where time, light, and budget are all running out at once.
Scene Three: What I actually do (the invisible part)
A big part of my work is packaging. I connect the right writers, directors, talent, and partners around a clear creative spine, then shape the materials that help a project sell. That often looks like decks, bibles, treatments, and talking points that speak the language of buyers without flattening the idea.
Scene Four: My point of view
My sweet spot is translating between creative ambition and real-world constraints. I help clarify what the piece is about, who it’s for, and how it should feel. Then, I turn that into scripts and plans people can say “yes” to quickly. I studied journalism and communications, which still shapes how I work. I ask a lot of questions, dig for the real story, and only then worry about presentation.
